  • 1/4 cup Agave Syrup

  • Popsicle Mold

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. If the mixture is lumpy from the coconut milk, blend until lumps are dissolved.
  2. Place mango in blender and pulse so you have mango puree.
  3. Pour Mango Popsicle mixture into mold leaving some room for the mango puree. Place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove mold from freezer and top off the mold with mango puree. Freeze for 4 hours.
