Shipping
All regular (i.e. non custom or Print on Demand) orders will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:
Orders placed before 12:00pm PT:
Shipped same day
Orders placed after 12:00pm PT:
Shipped next business day
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Shipped on the next open business day
This schedule is followed during our regular business hours:
7:00am – 3:00pm PT, Monday – Friday
Currently, we ship within the 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or to Armed Forces APO/FPO addresses at this time.
The international shipping cost DOES NOT include or cover any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other charges that may be assessed when your shipment is imported into your country.
Returns & Refunds
At PATH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, our team is here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and damaged items.
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
All returns must be initiated through our customer support team before a product is sent back.
To begin a return request, contact customersuccess@drinkpath.com
with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in the same condition received
- Item must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

3. Return Shipping Instructions
- Returns must be authorized by customer support before shipping.
- Attach the label and drop the package at a UPS or FedEx location.
- Keep the product and packaging until your return or damage claim is reviewed and approved.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Email customersuccess@drinkpath.com with order number and photos of the product and packaging.
5. Minor Cosmetic Damage:
We always strive to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. However, minor dents or scratches may occasionally occur during the printing process or while in transit.
Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for full refunds. In these cases, we may offer a partial refund or a discount toward a future purchase, depending on the situation.
6. Major Cosmetic Damage
- Examples: burst bottles, severely damaged or unusable products
- Include order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging
- PATH will provide a replacement or refund
7. Incorrect or Missing Items
- Report within 14 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Photos of items received
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of all shipping labels/stickers on the box
- Email customersuccess@drinkpath.com for assistance
8. Refunds
- After returns are received and inspected, PATH will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
9. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days.
- Processing may vary due to bank schedules, weekends, or holidays.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

11. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or consumed products
- Products not in original condition
- Products not purchased directly from drinkpathwater.com
12. Purchases from Retailers
- Policy applies only to products purchased directly from drinkpathwater.com
- Products from retailers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers must follow the original place of purchase’s return policy
13. Fees
- No restocking fee
- Return shipping covered by PATH for unsatisfied customers
14. Lost or Stolen Packages
PATH is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed
- If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Contact PATH support for assistance
15. Excessive Returns
PATH reserves the right to limit or deny returns or refunds for customers who demonstrate repeated or excessive return activity
